Therefore, please read the following terms and conditions carefully and follow them.
Once the schedule is confirmed, it should be followed regularly. It can only be changed in case of an emergency or if any time-related issue is found. Frequent schedule changes may create problems for teachers.
Please do not discuss or finalize class schedules directly with teachers without informing the Admin Team, as this may affect your classes and learning process.
Teachers are instructed to start classes on time. If your teacher is late for more than 5 minutes, please inform us immediately via WhatsApp. Otherwise, Al Huda Islamic Centre will not be responsible for any missed class.
If you want to take leave from a lesson, you must inform the Admin Team at least 1 hour before class time.
If you remain absent without prior notice, your class will be marked as absent and no make-up will be provided.
Al Huda Islamic Centre reserves the right to cancel classes for any student who remains absent for more than 3 classes without prior notice. Refund requests will not be entertained in such cases.
There will be no refund for missed classes. However, students may take make-up classes only if prior notice was given to the admin.
Make-up classes must be taken within 30 days. After 30 days, no classes will be rescheduled or refunded.
Monthly fees must be paid in advance from the registration date. After trial classes, fee plans for the selected course can be discussed with the Admin Team and must be paid on the due date.
If you face any issues with payments or have concerns regarding monthly dues, please contact the billing department.
Al Huda Islamic Centre reserves the right to stop classes if payment is overdue for more than 7 days without notice or valid reason.
Once classes begin for a month, full fees for that month must be paid.
We care about the security of our students and parents. Please do not share personal contact details such as phone numbers, email addresses, social media accounts, or payment information with any teacher.
Al Huda Islamic Centre will not be responsible for any misuse of shared personal information.
Teachers are strictly prohibited from requesting or sharing their personal contact details with students or parents. If this occurs, please inform us immediately.
Please do not discuss payments or any additional matters with teachers. Always contact the Admin Team for such concerns.
